Getting in touch

Quiver is built and maintained by Allan Noer, a single developer in Denmark. There is no support team and no live chat.

The fastest way to get help is to email support@getquiver.app. Most replies land within 1–2 working days, sometimes faster.

What to include in your email

To get a useful answer quickly, please include: the bike or component you're asking about (if relevant), what you tried, what happened, and whether you're connected to Strava. Screenshots help.

Common questions

Components show wear past 100%— that's normal. Quiver flags overdue parts in red but never stops you from logging rides.

Strava rides aren't appearing— check Settings → Strava is still connected. Tokens expire if you haven't opened the app for around 6 months, and you'll need to reconnect.

Bought the multi-bike unlock on a different device — Settings → Restore purchases will re-apply it for free.

Want to wipe everything — Settings → Reset all data wipes the entire local database immediately. This cannot be undone.

Send those to support@getquiver.app as well. Allan reads every one. Bug reports with reproduction steps get fixed first.
