How can we help?
Quiver is built and maintained by one person — Allan Noer, a single developer in Denmark. There's no support team and no live chat, but every email gets a real reply.

Getting in touch
The fastest way to get help is to email support@getquiver.app. Most replies land within 1–2 working days, sometimes faster.
What to include in your email
To get a useful answer quickly, please include: the bike or component you're asking about (if relevant), what you tried, what happened, and whether you're connected to Strava. Screenshots help.
Common questions
Components show wear past 100%— that's normal. Quiver flags overdue parts in red but never stops you from logging rides.
Where are my archived bikes / retired components? Settings → History. You can browse the historical record and pull anything back into active use without losing service history.
The chain Service this checklist looks empty— you're probably tapping a free-text component (no dictionary match). Component detail → Service checklist → Edit lets you customise tools and tasks per component.
Strava rides aren't appearing— check Settings → Strava is still connected. Tokens expire if you haven't opened the app for around 6 months, and you'll need to reconnect.
iCloud sync isn't catching up— make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID on both devices, and that iCloud Drive is enabled in iOS Settings. The sync runs whenever the app is open; pull-to-refresh on the Garage tab forces a cycle.
Bought the multi-bike unlock on a different device — Settings → Restore purchases will re-apply it for free.
I want to take my data with me — Settings → Export garage produces a single JSON file with every bike, component, ride, service entry, and checklist task. The format is documented at /data-format.
Want to wipe everything — Settings → Reset all data wipes the entire local database and the iCloud zone immediately. This cannot be undone.
Bug reports and feature ideas
Send those to support@getquiver.app as well. Allan reads every one. Bug reports with reproduction steps get fixed first.
